Refund Eligibility

Refunds will only be issued in the event that the provided username and password for accessing our IPTV service are incorrect and result in an error message stating "incorrect login details.

Verification Process

To qualify for a full refund, you must meet the following conditions:
1-Unsuccessful Credential Activation
2-Failure of Support Team Assistance regarding credential issue
3-Continued Credential Issues

Timeframe for Refund Requests

Refund requests must be submitted within 24 hours from the date of purchase. Requests made after this period will not be considered.

Refund Process

If your refund request is approved, the refund will be processed using the original method of payment. Please allow 30 days for the refunded amount to reflect in your account.

Smart LED Issues

We regret to inform you that refunds will not be issued for any issues related to your Smart LED device. Our service is designed to work with compatible devices, but we cannot guarantee compatibility with all models or configurations of Smart LEDs.

Non-Functioning Credentials

If you encounter issues with the credentials provided by us for accessing our service, we will promptly investigate the matter. If it is determined that the credentials are indeed non-functioning due to an error on our part, you may be eligible for a refund.
